Email support@peakstreak.app . If the question concerns an account, write from the sign-in address when possible, but another address is accepted when account access has been lost. We may use a different proportionate verification method.

Helpful technical details include the device model, operating-system version, Peak Streak app version, what you were trying to do and the exact error text. Never send a password, one-time verification code, Apple or Google credentials, private key, identity document unless requested, or full payment-card or bank details.

Account and sign-in

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen for an email account. If Apple or Google sign-in stops working, identify the provider and the point where the flow stops, but do not send provider credentials or a screenshot containing a one-time code.

Premium, cancellation and refunds

Use Restore purchases if an eligible Premium entitlement is missing. Start subscription management, cancellation or a voluntary refund request through the store that billed you. Tell us which store billed you and provide only the non-secret order reference if requested.

Contact us with the subject Withdrawal or consumer claim if the store directs you to the developer or you need to exercise a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, termination or refund right. Store policies do not replace mandatory consumer rights. See the consumer cancellation and claims page.

Safety and community reports

For content or behaviour in a Crew, use the in-app Report and Block controls first so the item can be located and hidden promptly. If the in-app route is unavailable, email support with the subject Safety report and include the account, Crew and content context. Do not forward suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal imagery by email.

For immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Peak Streak is not an emergency or crisis-response service. Read the Community Guidelines for prohibited content, reporting, blocking and moderation.

Illegal-content notices

To notify us of specific content you believe is illegal, use the in-app report or email support with the subject Illegal content notice. Include:

  • a clear explanation of why the identified content is alleged to be illegal;
  • the Crew, account, date and other information reasonably needed to locate it;
  • your name and email address, except where law allows a protected report; and
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.

Do not attach illegal imagery. We assess sufficiently precise notices promptly and explain an action or restriction where required by law.

Moderation appeals

If your content, Crew access or account was restricted and you believe the decision was wrong, email support with the subject Moderation appeal. Include the decision date and enough context to locate it. An authorised person will review the available information. This process does not limit a statutory remedy.

Privacy rights and account deletion

For access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or another privacy right, email support with the subject Privacy request and state what you need. We respond without undue delay and ordinarily within one calendar month after receiving the request and information reasonably necessary to verify it.

Data-protection complaints

If you believe we handled personal data or a privacy-rights request incorrectly, email support with the subject Data protection complaint. We acknowledge a complaint covered by UK data-protection law within 30 days, investigate it without undue delay, keep you appropriately informed and tell you the outcome.

This does not limit your right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland, the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable, or a court.

Minimum age

Peak Streak is intended for people aged 16 or older. If you believe someone under 16 created an account, contact support with the subject Underage account so we can investigate. Do not send unnecessary information about the younger person.
