Peak 7 Starter
One week, three habits, zero guesswork
Drink water, sit still for five minutes, and walk for ten — every day for a week. The first Journey we hand every new PeakStreaker.
Peak 7 Starter bundles three small habits into one week: drink water, sit still for five minutes, and walk for ten. None of them are hard on their own. The point is running them together long enough to feel what a full week of small wins looks like before you pick a bigger challenge to run solo.
Why start here
Most people quit a new habit in the first few days, usually because they picked something too big or had to decide what to do every morning. Peak 7 Starter removes both problems. The three habits are easy enough to finish even on a bad day, and the app already told you what today’s three actions are before you opened it.
What a day looks like
Open the app and see one card: “2 of 3 done.” Drink your water, log the glasses. Sit for five minutes, start the timer. Walk for ten, either synced from Health or logged manually. Check off the third action and the day is complete. It takes a few minutes total, split across the day.
