Consumer cancellation and claims

This page explains how to stop future subscription renewals, request a voluntary store refund, exercise a statutory withdrawal right and tell us that the Peak Streak digital service is not in conformity with your contract. It does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

Manage or cancel a subscription

A Peak Streak subscription is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it through the store that billed you. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves Premium access until the end of the period already paid for, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.

Deleting a Peak Streak account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the store subscription.

Voluntary store refunds

Start a voluntary refund request with the store that processed the payment:

A voluntary store policy is additional to statutory withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, termination and refund rights. Contact us if the store directs you to the developer.

Statutory withdrawal

Consumers in the EEA ordinarily have 14 days from a distance contract to exercise a withdrawal right, subject to the rules for digital services and digital content. UK consumers may have a cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The billing store may provide the applicable process and record any lawful request for immediate supply.

To give notice directly to us, email support@peakstreak.app with the subject Withdrawal. You may use the model wording below. A reason is not required.

Ordered on: [date]. Store and non-secret order reference: [details]. Account email: [email]. Consumer name: [name]. Date: [date].

Do not send a payment-card number, password, verification code or identity document unless we specifically request proportionate verification.

Digital-service conformity claim

We will provide Peak Streak with reasonable care and skill and in conformity with the contract and applicable consumer law. If the service was not supplied, does not match its description or is not in conformity, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, terminate the contract or receive a refund.

Email support with the subject Consumer claim. Include the product, store, non-secret order reference, date, problem and remedy requested. We respond within the applicable statutory period. Store support may need to process a refund even when we accept the claim.

Account and data deletion

Cancellation, withdrawal and account deletion are different actions. To remove your Peak Streak account and associated personal data, follow the account deletion instructions. To understand data processing, read the Privacy Policy.
