Community Guidelines

Peak Streak · Effective from 11 July 2026

Peak Streak is built for private encouragement and accountability. These Guidelines apply to display names, profile images, invitations, Crew Feed notes, reactions, reports and every other submission or interaction. They form part of the Terms of Service.

1. Private by design

Peak Crew is invitation-only and intended for 2–5 people who already know one another. It is not a public feed, anonymous chat or place to discover strangers. Only accepted members of a Crew should see its Feed and shared status.

Private does not mean confidential. Another member can take a screenshot or repeat information outside Peak Streak. Share only what you are comfortable telling the selected group. Do not post medical records, passwords, precise addresses, financial details or another person's private data.

2. Minimum age and protection of minors

Peak Streak is intended for people aged 16 or older. Never attempt to contact, groom, sexualise, exploit or obtain sexual content from a minor, and do not encourage someone under 16 to create an account.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Suspected child sexual abuse material may be preserved and reported to competent authorities or specialist organisations as required by law. Do not download, save or forward suspected illegal imagery to support.

3. Treat people with respect

Do not submit or encourage:

  • harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing or unwanted sexual attention;
  • credible threats, blackmail, coercion or encouragement of violence;
  • hate speech, dehumanisation or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or another protected trait;
  • humiliation or pressure tied to another person's body, health, ability or missed day;
  • impersonation, deceptive identity or content intended to damage another person's reputation;
  • non-consensual intimate content or private information shared without permission.

4. Sexual, violent and illegal content

Do not submit, request, promote or link to:

  • pornography, sexual services, graphic sexual content, sexual exploitation or sexual content involving or directed at a minor;
  • graphic violence, praise of violent wrongdoing or instructions for serious physical harm;
  • illegal goods, services, activity or instructions designed to facilitate a crime;
  • content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy or another person's rights.

5. Health and dangerous behaviour

Challenges never override safety. Do not pressure someone to ignore pain, illness, medical advice, fluid restrictions, unsafe equipment or dangerous conditions. Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder behaviour, misuse of medication or supplements, extreme dehydration, unsafe fasting, breath-holding, dangerous cold exposure or another act likely to cause serious injury.

If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Peak Streak and its Crew are not emergency, crisis or medical services.

6. Spam, scams and technical abuse

Do not:

  • send repeated unwanted invitations, spam or commercial solicitation;
  • post or disguise a link in a Crew Feed note;
  • run a scam, phishing attempt, malware or fraudulent offer;
  • buy, sell or transfer an account or pretend to represent Peak Streak;
  • scrape private data, probe security, automate unauthorised activity, evade a block or ban, manipulate results, overload the service or access another person's account.

7. Reporting and blocking

Use Report on a note or account when content may breach these Guidelines. A report hides the item from you immediately while authorised moderators assess it. Use Block to stop the blocked person's content and interactions from appearing to you through supported social surfaces. Mute controls reduce notifications without filing a report.

Reports must be made in good faith. Do not coordinate false reports, threaten someone with a report or retaliate against a reporter. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome; context, severity, history and available evidence matter.

8. How moderation works

We may use technical checks to prevent clearly disallowed submissions and authorised human review for reports and final account action. Depending on severity and context, we may:

  • reject or remove content;
  • limit invitations, posting, reactions or other social features;
  • remove a person from a Crew;
  • warn, suspend or terminate an account;
  • preserve restricted evidence or notify authorities where lawful and necessary.

We prioritise credible threats, child-safety concerns, exploitation and immediate physical risk. Serious risks may require action without advance notice. Less serious, remediable breaches will normally receive proportionate action.

9. Notice and reasons

Where required by law, a person affected by a moderation restriction receives a clear reason, the type and duration of the restriction, whether an automated check contributed, and a route to request review. We may delay or limit details where disclosure would endanger a person, compromise security, reveal another reporter or interfere with a lawful investigation.

10. Appeal a moderation decision

Email support@peakstreak.app with the subject Moderation appeal. Include the decision date and enough information to locate it. Do not attach illegal imagery. An authorised person will review the available context and tell you the outcome where legally possible.

11. Report specific illegal content

Use the in-app report or email support with the subject Illegal content notice. A sufficiently precise notice should include:

  • a clear explanation of why the identified content is alleged to be illegal;
  • the Crew, account, date and other information reasonably needed to locate it;
  • your name and email address, except where law allows a protected report; and
  • a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.

Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal imagery. The Support page gives the same notice route and emergency guidance.

12. Privacy and retention

Reports are visible only to authorised moderators and necessary service providers. Dismissed reports are normally deleted after 90 days and moderator-action records after 180 days. A live report, serious safety investigation, legal hold or claim may require restricted retention for longer. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Guidelines for a valid safety, legal or service reason. A material change is versioned and presented again where renewed acceptance is required. Questions and reports can be sent to support@peakstreak.app .
