Push-Up Check-In

Do at least one set of push-ups every day for 30 days. Any number counts — this is the social streak, not the tracked training program.

Push-Up Check-In is the lightweight version of push-up training: do at least one set every day for 30 days, log it, and keep your streak. There’s no target number to hit and no calibration test. Five reps count the same as fifty.

Why it works

Most people who quit push-ups quit because they set the bar too high on a bad day and missed it, then missed the next day too. This challenge removes the bar entirely. The only rule is showing up, so a rough day still ends with a completed check-in instead of a broken streak.

What a day looks like

Do a set of push-ups, any number, then mark today done. That’s the whole loop. No sets and reps to log, no plan to follow, just one honest check-in a day.

Who it’s for

Anyone who wants push-ups in their routine without the structure of a full training program, or who’s running the 100 Push-Ups Challenge already and wants a lighter version for rest days. If you want an adaptive, day-by-day plan that builds toward a full set of 100, that program tracks reps and progression for you; this one is just about showing up.
