Delete your PeakStreak account
You can permanently delete your PeakStreak account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open PeakStreak and go to the You tab.
- In the account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever.
Your account and every copy of your cloud data — profile, challenge enrollments, check-ins, training logs, streaks, friend connections and premium entitlement records — are deleted from our systems right away.
Request deletion by email
No access to the app? Email hello [at] peakstreak.appfrom the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: your account (email/login), challenge and training history, check-ins and notes, streaks, friends and invites, notification preferences, and premium entitlement records.
- Kept (where legally required): minimal records needed for tax, accounting or security obligations — never your training content.
- Subscriptions: deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription — manage it in Google Play or the App Store. Purchase records stay with the store per its own policy.
- On-device data: progress stored locally on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or reset it in-app.
